When You Need Skylights
Water droplets or stains are appearing around the internal frame of your skylight. The double-glazed glass unit is misting up internally due to seal failure. Your older skylight is drafty, letting cold air into your room during winter. You want to brighten a dark attic or loft conversion with natural daylight.
How We Do It
We discuss the best placement and size for your new skylight or inspect your existing leaking unit. We carefully cut through the roof structure and underlayment (for new installs) or remove the failing window. We install the watertight flashing kit and mount the skylight securely into the roof frame. We finish the internal surrounds and test the weatherproofing against external moisture.
