When You Need Chimney Repairs
Mortar between your chimney bricks is crumbling or missing. Damp patches appear on the chimney breast inside your upstairs rooms. The chimney pot is cracked, loose, or leaning to one side. Flashing around the base of the chimney has pulled away from the brickwork.
How We Do It
We scaffold and inspect the stack stability and brick integrity. We rake out damaged mortar and repoint using durable, weather-resistant mixes. We replace damaged lead flashings and secure or rebuild damaged chimney pots. We clear all debris and verify the stack is completely sealed.
What to Expect
Most chimney re-pointing and flashing repairs take 1 to 2 days depending on scaffold requirements.
